ABOUT THE LAB

The Relationships & Technology Lab is a social psychology lab at The Ohio State University at Newark. Our primary focus lies at the intersection of social psychology and media. Specifically, we investigate the emergence, maintenance, and ending of relationships through media.

Lab Equipment

The lab consists of five data collection computers along with a space for group data collection. We also have access to physiological and eye tracking data collection equipment. Additionally, we have four iPads and two iPhones that can be used for stimulus presentation or data collection in the field. Finally, the lab can collect data using MediaLab, DirectRT, Qualtrics, Inquisit, and RiddleMeThis.

Location

Temporarily because of a building remodel, we are now located in the Newark Campus West building at The Ohio State University at Newark.
